And I'd best enjoy it while I can because the weather man predicts rain for Thursday and Friday, cloudy at the least for Saturday and Sunday.
I'm crazy about this building and its colorful windows against the brilliant blue sky. It's between SW 3rd and SW 2nd, but I can't remember on which street.

I used to take the bus from where I live here in SE to go visit my dad while he was in rehab at Good Samaritan hospital following a devastating stroke. I fell in love with a lot of the older architecture over in that part of NW. Have you ever been to the Pittock Mansion up on W. Burnside? That's such a beautiful old house to wander thru. I've been in it only once, just before Christmas several years ago. They don't decorate it 'religiously' but that year everything was done up with musical instruments. Different...but lovely.
