Our sweet little Christmas Tree

This Noble Fir fits perfectly on the parsons table in the tree stand I found at the nearby Goodwill store. It's loaded with lights and ornaments and fits so well with the lights around our windows. Leland's girlfriend Cristina put up the lights while we were in Miami. That ball of lights hanging over the television is at least 10 years old, maybe 12 years. Mama used to make 'em and sell 'em back then. Since I took this photo while "The African Queen" was on TV, we've moved the ball to the left, in front of the windows that look out over Everett.

One thing that has surprised both of us about the buildings we can see from our windows--the dearth of decorations glowing in nearby windows. Hopefully more will appear for our enjoyment.
